How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have been getting error code 3.0 for the last 4 days ever since the forced restart. I have sent multiple tickets with no resolutions to the issue. The issue is clearly with this account as all my devices can connect fine with my alternate account. Now 4 days later, I’m still locked out of my account.

We checked the accounts you provided and none of them seem to have any issues:

7vx_7fQIQ6eqE2Gao-yBYQ is a level 85 account which has activity showing up today.

695 - 483 - 925 is for a level 1 account.

 

For everyone else who posted their Ally Codes here, you should be able to login now. We will also review your accounts for what you missed out on due to this issue and you will receive a separate inbox message for that.

@malox23 We've checked your account and there shouldn't be anything preventing you from logging in.

 

Can you tell us if you already tried the following?

1. Fresh reinstall of the game

2. Try logging into your main account on a different device.

Yes fresh install of the game on 2 devices multiple times. Alternate account works fine on both devices.

I am following this for a friend with the same issue for the past few days since the forced restart. Please post any info on it here. Thanks. He is using an Android phone. I do not know the OS version and I am working on getting his ally code.

Galaxy 4 android version 5.0.1 Using a gmail account. If I search his ally code. he is listed as in a guild but when looking at the guild roster, he is not there.
