Summarize your bug I have been getting error code 3.0 for the last 4 days ever since the forced restart. I have sent multiple tickets with no resolutions to the issue. The issue is clearly with this account as all my devices can connect fine with my alternate account. Now 4 days later, I’m still locked out of my account.

We checked the accounts you provided and none of them seem to have any issues:
7vx_7fQIQ6eqE2Gao-yBYQ is a level 85 account which has activity showing up today.
695 - 483 - 925 is for a level 1 account.

Can you tell us if you already tried the following?
1. Fresh reinstall of the game
2. Try logging into your main account on a different device.

I am following this for a friend with the same issue for the past few days since the forced restart. Please post any info on it here. Thanks. He is using an Android phone. I do not know the OS version and I am working on getting his ally code.

Galaxy 4 android version 5.0.1 Using a gmail account. If I search his ally code. he is listed as in a guild but when looking at the guild roster, he is not there.
