How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to enter a lot and it won’t load.
What happens when the bug occurs? It will go to the loading screen for the game. It will show the green loading bar but once it fills it says: The game has failed to load Error: 122:d7e16575:9f5069e6. We suggest you relaunch the game. I do and the process repeats.
What do you expect to see? The issue fixed. I want to be able to replace the penthouse lots.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It appeared after the latest update

I’ve tried relaunching the game, I’ve reset my internet six times. I’ve updated the PlayStation and have even tried clearing the cache.

@DramaQueenBree Could you describe a bit what you did when you first encountered the error code ? For console it's a bit hard to troubleshoot.

Have you tried loading the lot (Live mode), receive error, then try loading again ?

I would enter the lot in build mode and I would place the lot as usual. But then once the bar filled halfway it would give me the error code. It seems to only work from live mode.

@DramaQueenBree Are there any Sims living on the lot or is it a commercial lot ?

If it's the first, could you try moving the Sims out to see if it loads without them ?
