Hey, guys, some of you know, and some of you don't. I'm trying to get everyone to be in one thread as there are at least 15 threads dealing with this same topic. Just fixed it!Go to settings in Origin App.Then on Application settings then put Origin In-game ON and thats it

Summarize your bug After the new patch, I did the last mission of the campaign mode that I had not done yet. And now we have one more bug with the milestones besides Offensive Formation. And every time I come into the game the bug message pops up

Summarize your bug I recently decided after almost 2 years that I would do the campaign, but unfortunately I have ran into this really annoying bug. Since crates have been removed from the game, I am unable to get the rewards (which I dont care about), so every time time I go back to the main menu, this message pops up saying "Sorry, we coudn't grant your reward. Please try again or check your inventory for new items. Error code 2,495" Also, the game keeps showing a yellow shape (to indicate I have finished the challenge) in the campaign section, but wont go away.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Playing the campaign and finishing missions that give you crate rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? Error pop-up message occurs constantly
What do you expect to see? For this bug to be fixed.

UPDATE: Occasionally this bug will cause me to get pulled out of a game and back to main screen. It will then spam me with "Rewards Unlocked" and error code message

 Hey @R1cardao ,

This issue with milestones is actually yet another day 1 BUG never solved. We used to have a pinned thread of this issue since Day 1 until recently, but for unknown reasons EA_Staff decided it was solved and locked that. Now we have a barrage of milestone BUG threads.

There are many suggestions for how to fix it on our own, but none are 100% reliable, and there are many different ones. But the best advice is to keep playing the game that usually something will eventually fix the issue. But there are some notorious cases that have been bugged for a very long time and didn't fix themselves yet.
