I've been having this issue pretty much since release. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help.

Seemingly related to this, I now have the yellow “alert” tab on all Troopers, which are supposed to indicate I have new emotes,which I don’t.
Quite annoying.

Having this issue as well for a 3 days now. Every few seconds "I give up" on the top right and every 15-20 seconds the 2,495 error coming up. Annoying AF

Yep. I’ll come out of a match and get spammed with, “New Emote ‘I Give Up’” and it will roll up to 10 of these in rapid succession.

I have the same issue ever since I got the "I give up" emote from a loot box. Everything was fine until I earned it from Specialist ranking and now, I get spammed with lots of "I give up" notifications until Error 2495 pops up. It happens every time I open crates, leave a match, or log in. Please fix this issue!

I have this error and been having it since launch. I tried to chat with EA support about this but was told that "They didn't have a fix, for the issue." and for me to post to this discussion. The problem I see with that is we have a bunch of people below who are saying they are having this same issue, but nothing is being done. My issue seems to be getting worse in that I am having many duplicates not say "duplicate item." I think somehow when this error occurred it has piled on from there as I have received the "I Give Up" emote at least 6-7 times and it never says "duplicate item." Now it seems there is a wrinkle to this error. I am not able to click "Y" in the Career Menu to unlock any new reward (credits, crystals, crates, etc.) Are the two related? I don't know, but its really getting annoying to see the error 2,495 each time I come to the main menu. When I play for a few hours I can see this error 11-12 times and that might be a low estimate. I would like to know what is being done, can support please respond to this and let us know what is being done. I think this issue should be looked into as it may be affecting even more people.

In what game mode did the bug occur? It occurs at the menu, each time I login, quit a game mode, reconnect to EA.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure how it happened, I am assuming it was from a duplicate item, because that still seems to be what is happening. When it gets a duplicate item now it still adds to inventory even though there is similar item.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I get to the menu, the game gives this error. "Reward Unlocked: (Emote: I Give Up). But it shows it like I unloked the emote 6 or 7 times. This message is duplicated several times. About 2-3 seconds after that it will show: "Sorry, we couldn't grant your reward. Please try again or check your inventoy for new items. Error Code: 2,495 (A) OK" This happens repeatedly over the entire time I play the game. The emote "I Give Up" is already unlocked, somehow it didn't register it as duplicate as it should've been.
What do you expect to see? Unbugging the emote or my account, so I don't get the error every 15 seconds in the menu's.
