What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Is there finally a solution for the Entrenched Discs in Conquest? As before, identical discs will not work/stack. The developers should be able to solve this problem or finally make a statement as to whether these discs can only be used once at future conquest events. It's ridiculous that CG and EA are unable to remedy this or communicate properly with their customers. The alleged solution that CG installed via hotfix is ​​a maximum of 50% emergency solution. CG is either unable or unwilling.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check out the damn game or read the dozen other error messages on it.

We have already reported this to the team for further investigation.

 

'Entrenched' data disks of the same rarity do not appear to be stacking, but 'Entrenched' data disks of different rarities (25%, 50% and 75%) will stack.

I have read that. But clearly days after this statement I got a message from customer service that this problem was solved and now everything is working as it should. The discs were still not rated multiple times/stacked  until the end oft the Event. It should be possible to make a statement here whether it will stay that way and whether it should be or whether it is a bug that is being worked on. Bad enough that the update with absolutely terrible timing during an event ruined the event for many because of this bug. But you get neither compensation nor a reasonable statement of how things will proceed. Are two sentences too much expectation on the part of the developer?
