Ensaymadas Doesn't Fulfill Dinner Social Event

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? latest version - see image below
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? spooky, spa, get to work, city living, dine out, cool kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Plan a social event with your sim at the sim's residence. One of the goals is to have three sims eat at the same time. I had four sims eating this dish at the same time but this did not satisfy the criteria.
What happens when the bug occurs? When multiple sims are eating Ensaymadas at the dinner party, the event need "Have sims eat together 0/3" stays at 0.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the number get fulfilled when the action is completed, even if the food item is a small food item.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
