Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. In the mountains (room) where there are 3 supply bins on the outside on either side of the mountains.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I died, loading Apex Flags so I could see squad mates play

Hai,

Have you tried repairing the game?

Open origin and righ click apex and select repair game.

wait for it to finish and see if this resolves the issue.

There was an update when I opened Origin, then launched the game after the update. Error occured twice now. Just did a repair now, will see what happens.

Same here had the same problem,  also when i was returning to lobby. Game crashed and i got the same error. Now i'm trying to repair the game i hope it works.
