Energies lost several time [ Edited ]

Hi,

I've already submitted an bug issue. And never get a reply back (and worse... you've closed the ticket #22165204)

For several times i've had problems with my Client in the IOS 9 (last version always) (Iphone 6 plus), and therefore losing energies from cantina and normal energy. Plus loosing it when server maintenance...

What can you guys do about this?

It's an hassle to loose energy since it takes a lot of time to recharge it.

I would like to subscribe from some way, checked in Origin... but having this bugs a lot it's not very good...
