I am having the same problem, it's been going on all day since I woke up... I tried repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling, doing the -quickstart and -quicklaunch, none of them have worked, and I am on PC and I am linked to steam, which might be a cause of the problem.

I bought 2000 coins through Origin, went to log in and I got hit with the same bug, I'm unsure as to if this relating to the steam link thing or buying coins, granted, I've bought coins previously and had no issues.

ISSUE:
I'm stuck at an infinite loading screen. (On PC)
Yes I am aware of the recent server issues today.
I've done all basic troubleshooting and then some advanced.
TROUBLESHOOTS:
-Updated Router Firmware
-Restarted Network
-Restarted PC
-Disabled Antivirus/Firewall
-Lifted Apex Security Settings in Computer (Folder Directory)
-VPN On/Off
-Disabled Razor Synapse
-Cleared origin Cache
-Re-installed Apex
-Re-installed Origin
-Re-installed C++ Redist (all that were applicable)
-Re-named Origin Account, Renamed it back.
-Changed Origin Region
-Potentially more but I don't remember.
None of the above troubleshoots have worked.
RESOLUTION (Sort of..):
I am however able to play on a newly created second account.
but I am unable to play on my main account.
It is only on my main account that I get stuck on the infinite loading screen.

Was told to do this by EA support chat.
Steps to clear Origin Cache:
1.Completely log out and close down Origin
2.Hold down the Windows key and R
3.Type in "%ProgramData%" (without quotes) and click OK
4.Now open the Origin folder.
5.Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for LocalContent (do not delete this one)
6.Hold down the Windows key and R
7.Type in "%AppData%" (without quotes) and click OK
8.This will take you to a Roaming folder, which is located inside of AppData. Delete the Origin folder
9.Click on the word "AppData" at the top of your window
10.Open the Local folder here
11.Delete the Origin folder listed here.
12. Reboot PC to apply changes.

Dang, that sucks, I am still not able to get past the loading screen today... I hope this is resolved soon.

The only work around is to create a new account. I have done all the steps (in support chat 4 times this morning) and I am going to ask them to unlink my steam account with my origin account. All I can get to with my main account, where I have characters unlocked is the spinning circle. I hope they get a fix out for this sooner rather than later.

Can confirm following all the troubleshooting steps listed here or by EA will not work and ONLY getting a new account will work. Thankfully you don't have to reinstall the game when you switch accounts, as Origin auto-detected the install somehow.
When are we going to see a fix on this EA?
February 2019
Not so sure it's an EA problem, I think it might be on Respawns end, it seems to be linked to the login process, preventing accounts from logging in. It's definitely either Steam account link or Apex Coin related, I think most likely the former as it's incredibly buggy. The fix might be to unlink Steam accounts

No one have any luck still?
