Eco workshop no shift option

For a few days I haven’t been able to use the eco workshop and it’s really affecting my daily tasks and season tasks for event . I talked with someone in chat and they recommended I post here , not sure , but I just want it to work again

@o6dht877z10v I’m on level 33 and eco workshop is only on 3 . Never had this issue before this , and yes it’s unlocked
