Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start in one neighborhood with 1 Sim. Use neighborhood plan power conservation. Then take that sim any where else n move out their stuck with it till u delete the eco dlc
What happens when the bug occurs? Forces u to waste money or changes your household and how they play.
What do you expect to see? What is to be expect from this example
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

It's such a pain love this game but the bugs make me hate it. Especially when I can't use any electronics cause it costs money cause I moved out of a neighborhood with power conservation nap active.
