[Open] - Eco Workshop giving duplicate "OnceOnly" items [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There are no repeatable steps as the items to be crafted change out weekly
What do you expect to see? Items that are a OnceOnly shouldn't show up as items I can make.

According to several lists I've seen, Ghostly Figure should be a OnceOnly item. I have long since unlocked this item, but noticed it today in my Rare slot of the Eco Workshop. If I wasn't careful and double checked, I could have wasted a lot of valuable items to create a duplicate.  This isn't the first time a OnceOnly item has shown up in my Eco Workshop either.

@Patty9901 Thanks for your report. All the heirlooms are OnceOnly and they keep reappearing as projects. Same happens with other items.

This is still happening. I got repeat heirlooms in the EW multiple times in the past month or two.
