Easy AntiCheat Doesn't Work

Where did the issue occur? Loading into the match from the lobby
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Literally just loading into a Mixtape game or otherwise.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Just trying to play the game. The match didn't even start.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes back to the main menu with the error "Client is not running anticheat or failed anticheat authentication". It happens for no apparent reason. Weirdly, sometimes it's that and sometimes it's code:net, with a code: snake and abandon penalty when I try to get back in. Often I can load into the firing range, however, it starts off incredibly glitchy and slow, with three lag symbols including packet loss, and the HUD gets all banded and weird and pixelly. After a few minutes it usually calms down, and it's possible I can load into a match. 100% of the time, however, I will eventually just get booted UPON LOADING into a match. I don't get to play any of the match - it happens right at the start. It's also worth noting that User Access Control for EAC does not pop up before the game starts; there is no option to "ok" EAC altering my computer.
What should be happening instead? I load into the match with zero problems
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It appears to be an issue with Easy AntiCheat, so please look at how the game is storing the files and running the service. Please also transmit this information to their devs so they are aware that their program is broken.

I've tried literally everything I can on my end, but it's just a bug that only a dev can change. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP US!!!!!!!!! WE WANT TO PLAY THE GAME!

What happens when the bug occurs? I'm playing as normal and all of the sudden it says that "The client sent ad invalid anti-cheat message" whilst kicking me form the match, and applying leaver penalty.
What should be happening instead? Well I should be able to play without being kicked
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I really don't know, there is little to none similarities between one time to another. The only thing I'm doing is starting a solo/trios queue (ranked/unranked it does not matter) and I get kicked after around 3 games

It doesn't happen in any other game that uses EAC but Apex just hates me ig? It only happens once every time I play but there is no rule to when it happens. It is a fresh install of Apex and verifying game files didn't help either. It also happened today at around 3-4am? It does not matter if I have everything turned off besides Apex or if I have 20 apps in the background. I really don't know what causes it

I’ve just had the best game in my life , the spot was great , #2 , my team and I just had to kill one more player , when I was kicked of the match because of some invalid massage xD hate this game fr

Hey @cyn1xx, sorry to hear you're having problems with this error.

We've seen a few other reports as well and this is being looked into, but I don't have any other steps or workarounds to try currently I'm afraid.
