Earned rewards disappear when placed in household inventory

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? i don't know, but it is up to date.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs/kits except modern menswear
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Debug items disappear when placed in household inventory. For example Military Sim earns medals in the case, place in household inventory to move houses, when item is replaced in home all the medals are gone. the same happened with birth certificates.
What happens when the bug occurs? I should explain further that when I experienced this glitch I had 2 sims in military career and 2 cases with different quantities of medals. Both cases were empty when I placed them in a new house. I tried to reset objects and it didn't work.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the items associated with the objects maintain when pulled in and out of inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@robinbear80 Can you replicate without mods too ? You are saying debug items, do you mean you not earned them but placed them from the debug menu ?

Sorry if I was unclear no these were the medals that my SIM earned as career rewards in the military career. So they’re debug items that are in the Sims personal inventory and then you add them to the trophy case. I have not tried to replicate this without mods, because quite honestly would take a lot of gameplay, but I can try.

@robinbear80 You can try load a backup from before you lost them, then remove your mods/cc and see if it happens again.

There are similar reports of stuff getting moved to the HH inventory when moving/travelling that's in cases but not sure about the stuff just disappearing.

@robinbear80 Do you have any better build/buy mods? I've heard that mods that affect the build/buy catalog can cause bugs with household inventory of unlocked items due to tagging issues... if you use the cheat to view debug, do they show up?
