Where did the issue occur? In a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Shooting
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Firing range (not sure how to answer that one)
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 11.16.19 16:46
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Firing the EVA-8 with in auto mode with a double-tap receiver equipped ignores the bolt's rate of fire bonus.
What should be happening instead? The bolts rate of fire increase should be factored in when switching to auto mode, regardless of having a double tap equipped or not
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Load into Firing Range (this is the easiest way to repro) 2) Find and equip an EVA-8 shotgun WITHOUT the double tap receiver OR a bolt 3) Fire the EVA-8 a few times, note the fire rate. 4) Equip a purple bolt, fire a few times. Note the increased fire rate. 5) Equip a Double Tap receiver, switch to auto mode, fire a few times. Expected result: The fire rate should be consistent with the rate of fire before equipping the double tap receiver Actual result: The rate of fire is noticeably slower, as if equipping a double tap receiver ignores the bonus fire rate the player would have otherwise been granted by the tier of bolt equipped.

DxDiag attached.
