Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Got this error in Fort Tarsis AFTER collecting a javelin helmet Codex near the fire pit behind javelins platform.
What happens when the bug occurs? I was kicked out to game main menu
What should be happening instead? I don't understand this question or it doesn't apply to this situation

Not related to that error, but I also experienced a period of strong rubber banding (around 2 minutes) while playing the Early Warnings mission.

I play on original Xbox 1 connected to a Samsung 860 EVO SSD.

7 times i got disconnected while talking to mora in tarsis, after she makes the deal with the baker for the indoor farm

The loot will come back in the next expedition you play, you will notice you'll have a lot of loot.
