Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Add a recycler to the lot. 2. Have enough skill levels or eco upgrade parts for an upgrade 3. Hoover over the recycler upgrade name to bring up the tooltips
What happens when the bug occurs? The tooltip does not explain what the upgrade does.
What do you expect to see? The tooltip to explain the upgrades.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
