[ECO] Lot Footprints Not Updating on Map [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion: All Game Packs: Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Strangerville Stuff Packs: Vintage Glamour, My First Pet, Moschino Stuff, Tiny Living, Nifty Knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Bulldoze all lots in Port Promise from Map View 2) Move a family into Port Promise and build them a house 3) Open up map view by travelling or by going into World View
What happens when the bug occurs? When you show the eco footprint, the lot footprints show as industrial although the neighborhood footprint is neutral.
What do you expect to see? The lot footprints to update on the map.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The only way to fix the lots in map view is to travel to them in live mode.

Here is an image showing the difference.  The empty lots should show a neutral footprint.
