[ECO] Community space voting cancels out [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Eco lifestyle, Strangeville
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make custom community space (with all custom spaces) Add community space to Strangeville, neighborhood Shady Acres (same as household) Get sim (which lives in the same neighborhood) to go to community space within the voting time frame Select community board Select 'vote on community space project'
What happens when the bug occurs? The option to vote is not greyed out so you can select it But the community space project voting window does not come up The action is cancelled
What do you expect to see? The community space project voting window come up so I can vote what project I want the community space to be.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

There has been a development, after the last update i managed to vote, so i voted for the makers space (also one that i made), but that only happened once, and i could not vote again, and for some reason it still has the same lot traits as the original community unused space. So I went on build mode to see if the traits had changed, they had not, some how managed to change to lot to the garden (which i made), so now its the garden, my sim still does not vote to change it, when you hover over the lot on the map: it has the symbol for the garden, it's says its the makers space and has the traits of the 'unused' lot. I think it's got confused.

I will have to see if this happens on other worlds, but the fact it's happening at all is rather annoying.
