Dynamic Potential not working

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game. And end the season and load into a new season.
What happens when the bug occurs? Dynamic potential is broken. Every player drops in potential no matter what and no player ever increases in potential.
What should be happening instead? Dynamic potential should work properly.

Please fix this ASAP as it completely ruins Career Mode to the point where there is no point in playing the game. 

Every year when the game is released Career mode is broken is some way. Please do better.

With today's patch the issue should be fixed: 

• Youth Player Potential could sometimes decrease regardless of their performance.

A lot of young players played the most games with top ratings per game, lot of goals and assists. After the season every single potential got downgraded. Not only the young player, the older once too.

@Tidra Potentially. Ive noticed its difficult to actually get decent ratings for my whole team unless I ‘skip to result’ in like the 88th minute. The ratings go up sometimes from 7 to 9… makes no sense

@Jona_Becker This happened in Fifa 22 as well, and in the Fifa 23 Beta.

It's highly unlikely to ever be fixed. I don't think EA even know how the game manages dynamic potential.

It's not the same as it was in 22. Literally all my players potentials went down. I had a 71-78 striker at the start of the year, played him in all matches except for maybe 5. He scored 18 goals in 30 apps. Come next season he is 74-74.

I just finished my first season last night and noticed this too when I started the next season. Had a couple of youth players with "An exciting Player" rating and now they have nothing. I played quite a few games, but simmed most of them. Those youth players played almost every game and had great seasons, but I wonder if simming was an issue. It shouldn't be an issue, but I wonder.

@Jona_Becker This is most surely to do with player ratings on the match. Please fix this EA! The game mode is completely unplayable because of it.
