Summarize your bug There are two bugs that happened the first being 9.64 and the second being 9.117. I had tried to make sure I was signed up[ for GAC on 24MAY22 and at about noon my time I got the 9.64 Error. I decided to wait it out and check before GAC started that night. I then had error 9.117 off and on again for about a week. I called EA help and used in game help and the in game help did absolutely nothing for me. Talking with the EA help team they told me in was a bug after talking to them a few different days. The problem with both sides is that I was unable to play GAC or collect dailies for this week long period. I had many things going through my mind at this time. the two biggest being am I going to be forced to quit this game after investing so many years into it? The second being thoughts of being kicked from my guild for being inactive for so long and no solution in sight. I have been trying to stay hopefully that I would be compensated for being unable to play during these times, but they keep denying me anything saying I did collect rewards...It can be seen that I did not participate in GAC during this time and called EA support multiple times a day. I am hoping someone here sees this and can help me. I have waited long enough for them to help me. PS. yeah error has stops
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. I tried to look these error codes up and only found it was a connection issue. I went through all the troubleshooting guides every time I talked with a representative and they acted just as confused. I tried both multiple WIFI's and my phone data. It was weird how it would not work for a bit and then just stop after so long. this would be on the same connection type I would have been on
