I'm doing holiday party downtown (quest 5th day part 6), but all the christmas decos are GONE.

I can't do any interaction at all while doing quest, so I have to wait the entire 4hr.

Izzy is still there since Oct 12th, he chase away other player's sims, and now I have Emily as well at market square

Additional note: I also can't do any interaction with other sims at all, since my downtown is really deserted because of the Izzy bug

I got the same problem with the holiday theme in downtown. They are all gone.

I had just decorated the tree with ornaments and came back 2 hours later and the tree and the snow were all missing.

Did you decorate yours in downtown?

Yes, I decorated my tree yesterday.

I read fb group, some people are having this problem as well

Already decorated the Christmas tree once with 100 ornaments!!

Tap on snowflake icon at the top right > open the Activities tab > tap on the Go There button under the Winterfest Holiday Party

What do you expect to see? Giant Christmas tree instead of the globe with the painting

The issue just happens this morning.

Try restarting the game but the problem still persists.

(Also clear ram and restart the device)

Where could I find this fb group?

I couldn't find any recent post on sims mobile fb.

Did they also decorate the tree once?

That might be the problem.

Now without the tree, the sledge machine and the snow decors,

it takes longer to finish the "Holiday Party" Event.

But, Izzy is still there, my downtown is still deserted haha
