I can't play apex on my Nintendo switch

I can't log in either every time I try to launch Apex on Switch because it just came out, it doesn't let me log in and just leaves me with an error

I am having the same is."sue.  It just says "Unable to Login" followed by "We cannot complete this action at this time.  If you need assistance please reference help.ea.com or answers.ea.com"

@EA_Atic I am getting error code 105, every time I have tried to sign in it just sends me back to the home screen and makes me do it all over again

@ShammyWellz that means the switch account is underage. Make sure its older then 13.
