Division one rewards not given?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My account didn’t receive the challenge for advancing to division 1.
What happens when the bug occurs? I don’t receive the rewards. And there is no checkmark on the challenge
What do you expect to see? The challenger completed
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

I just got to division 1 in nhl hut and I didn’t receive my challenge for advancing to div 1 or the tim Horton 90 overall card. What do I do?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When collecting progress reward in HUT, I get error "Failed to Retrieve data".
What happens when the bug occurs? I finished a challenge in HUT, game prompts me to collect reward, when I collect reward, it gives me the error "Failed to Retrieve data" and backs out of HUT. When I reenter HUT, it prompts me to collect the reward due to it still being in the tutorial phase and I get the error again.
What do you expect to see? It fixed so I can play the game.

Opened a ticket with EA and it's been over a day with no fix, really frustrating.  Ticket number 43242504

4 days for me and no help. Ea support just told me to buy a new ps4 because the problem couldn't be on their end. HA!

The thing I find weird is that I can play every other game mode and was able to play one challenge in HUT before this happened. I sent a video into support Saturday morning and haven't heard anything back yet. At this point I would just want them to reset my HUT account and I could try again...only opened my starter pack and played a 3 minute challenge game, not a huge loss.

I am 100% certain they didn't tell you to do that.

I have exatly the same problem. Did they tell you what to do? I got email from ”technical support” who told me to delete nhl 19 saved data etc. but nothing really helps.
I think EA owns us some HUT cards after this *.

Im on Xbox One platform and same problem with getting Tim Horton.
