Display issues with PS4

Summarize your bug Part of the menu screen is cut off and I'm not seeing where I can fix this. It is not an issue with my TV or PS4 settings. I've checked display settings, but can't find where to change screen/hud settings. All other games work just fine. Seems this was an issue during the beta release that was never addressed.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? bring back the option to fit the game window to your tv size.
What happens when the bug occurs? missing about 1" of screen on all sides.
What should be happening instead? full screen should be seen.

Part of the menu screen is cut off and I'm not seeing where I can fix this. It is not an issue with my TV or PS4 settings. What happens when the bug occurs? Some of the text and ui will be hidden or some part of it will be shown only
What should be happening instead? All the ui shown

In ps4 you can't adjust the screen size in some screen the game will not cover all the screen and some of it will be hidden you need to add screen adjustment x,y so it work with any screen

Summarize your bug My game is not displaying correctly, parts of the screen are cut off by exceeding the set display area. This leads to alot of the menus, instructions text that pops up at the top the screen during game play, also part the game play is cut off. I have pictures showing the image exceeding the set display area, aswell as pictures of the set display. All the PlayStation menus and other games display correctly.

What happens when the bug occurs? Parts of the image are exceeding the set displayable area, this occurs during all aspects of the game; from menus to gameplay
What should be happening instead? Everything should be being displayed in the set displayable area

  My game is not displaying correctly, parts of the screen are cut off by exceeding the set display area. 

This leads to alot of the menus, instructions, text that pops up at the top the screen during game play, also part the game play is cut off.

I have pictures showing the image exceeding the set display area, aswell as pictures of the set display. All the PlayStation menus and other games display correctly.

This occurs during all aspects of the game from menus to game play.

Summarize your bug There is no setting to change safe area in game. I tried changing the console safe area but in game nothing changes.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load the game on fixed tv screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Parts of the UI is outside the screen.
What should be happening instead? The game should change safe area when i change it in the console setting.

@BigShubba Hi, i have had this same problem when i wanted to see the difference on ps4(pro),
The game was missing all the edges.
And ps4 menu and display was ok and fitting perfect.
I have fixed this in my tv menu. I had the tv setting on 16:9, i changed it to full screen and the problem was gone

It seems the game does not take the screen restrictions from the ps4 setting
