Disconnected in DKT Final and not given access to weekend league.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have recorded the game play and the links are below
What happens when the bug occurs? I am disconnected from EA servers and I am given a loss for the game even though it was 0-0, I also lost fut champs access because it was the final. Also my internet connection was fine as I was still connected to PSN servers. My opponent got a free win which is suspicious. After this I tried using the weekend league access tool but I was denied, this makes no sense as my evidence is there.
What should be happening instead? If there is DC firstly I should not be given the loss because it is 0-0, secondly i shouldnt be kicked out of DKT and have to start again. Also I was denied access by the tool which is completely unfair and is very upsetting.
