What happens when the bug occurs? After a few moments I am returned to the main menu with an error "the connection to EA servers has been lost"

That's super weird you get disconnected after making an order request.

Can you let me know of the following:

• When you go to your Xbox Network Settings do you have a STRICT or Moderate NAT type?
• Do you play on a WiFi or Ethernet cable connection?
• Do you have the game installed on an external hard drive?
• Have you tried reinstalling the game?
• Does this happen every single time you play the game?
