Disappearing Families

I switched my active family and now my other families are just disappearing one by one. The names are still there, the money is still there, and I could have sworn I saw some of them walking around the neighborhood. I just want this darn bug fixed and seriously, the chance of death needs to be fixed too. I swear every second that goes by a sim dies. It's just getting ridiculous.

You mean gone from the relationship panel or are they not found in the manage household screen ?
