Dine Out & Get Famous Restaurant Issue - Picture Taking instead of Meal Eating

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Dine Out, Get Famous, Island Living, Get to Work,Get Together, City Living, Season, Parenthood, Seasons
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This an issue created when having Dine Out, and Get Famous. Running a restaurant and having famous sim manager or sims client causes other sim clients to constantly take pictures. (Also had the Up-and-Coming Hotspot lot trait - not sure if that affects it)
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims would get up from their seats, or not seat at all in order to take pictures (not food pictures). This also happened before they could be assigned a seat, and a famous sims appeared to bug out before he was able to be seated (due to all the picture taking) - and ended up just standing until restaurant closure. Sims end up taking pictures of famous sims instead of eating their meals, or seating - they would even stand up from their seats to do so.
What do you expect to see? I expect my clients to seat and eat their meals instead of getting up constantly to take picture. If taking picture is a must then it should be much less often or at least happen while they are seated
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This issue along with the other reported issue I posted (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Dine-Out-amp-Island-Living-Restaurant-Issue-Constant-Swimming/...) makes it very hard to run restaurant properly. It is very chaotic, and Dine Out is one of my favorite packs, and it just feels broken now.

@ID-Christian The lot trait does draw the celebrities. Do you see the same happening without the trait ?
