Didnt receive my final day's PoeDameron shards

Hi, I was one the people who did not receive the final day's shards for the POE DAMERON promotion. This' the second (maybe 3rd actually) time this' happened. Back in Feb I didn't receive 4 days worth of daily login perks. I messaged u guys, but the gentleman who responded didn't fix the issue. Please take a look at my account when u have the time.
