Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Starting up the game after update

I would like to know why I didn’t receive my ranked rewards for last season and why it shows that I am bronze 4 with no rp when last season I was diamond 4
