After reaching 31 level i didn't get promo offer for cyber weels in store. Though i did get promo offers for nod GDI disruptor on 30 level and NOD chem buggy on 32 level

Hey @SteninDenis1 thanks for reaching out! There is no promo offer for unlocking Cyberwheel currently. There was when the unit was first released but it is not available now. Hope this helps, thanks again!
