Didn't get degree but got graduation portrait

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Discover University, Get Famous, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Seasons, and free holiday pack.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Having your sims graduate from university.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim doesn't get degree.
What do you expect to see? The sim getting their degree.

My sim just graduated from university. While he did get his graduation portrait, he didn't get his degree. Is there any way to fix this issue? Thank you in advance
