What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I won the game.

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Either this november or this late october. I don't remember. I haven't played much after this because of this.

What happens when the bug occurs? I do not receive stats. I do not receive badge updates. I got a 22 kill 4900 damage game with lifeline(best game I've ever had in apex) and did not receive any badges or updates to my stat tracker. I do not get 20kill / 4000 damage games often. It is a real spit to the face to have such a performance to only not receive anything.
What should be happening instead? 20 kill + 4000 damage badge should be received under my lifeline + update to highest damage done and highest kills done. Also update to stat tracker(kills)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. This has only happened once before many months prior. With that being said, that was a 14 kill 2k damage game so I really didn't care that much. I also did win that match with the same effects. This was with wraith. I've tried the origin cache deletion to no avail. I was told by support that only a developer could help me. I don't have any motivation to play this game anymore because of this event. I was working hard to get the 20 kill 4k damage badge for my lifeline character but didn't receive it. I literally don't play anymore because of this. I'm not good enough like ace to constantly pull these kind of games.

I've seen several people post about this issue and absolutely no response. My post, as well with another post by a japanese individual(console player) both have screenshot evidence to support that this actually happened. My stats show that I have performed at this level before. The evidence is there. Please respond EA, these badges are very important to us. It is prestige and evidence of growth as a player.

My stats show aswell and I have proof. I am a Xbox player and it's really frustrating that I still haven't received this badge or a reply. Honestly haven't played the game much since the issue because what's the point in trying to get a badge I won't receive...
