Same issue here, they said only the Studio side has the ability to fix the missing gear. This was on my third call about the issue as well.
Has anyone that posted about the issue on the forum gotten it resolved?
I also did not receive my mk3 Carbanti. I hit claim gift and did not receive it. I went ahead and sent in a support ticket and the customer service rep asked me "Why I deserve to get the carbanti for free" and then later told me I had to wait 24 hours before replying because "it's probably just lost on the server side of things".
