Hi all,

We rolled a server update on Friday which resolved this issue. Here are the details of it:

If any of you are still missing the rewards after logging in on Saturday, please create a help ticket from in game.

Also note that the rewards will only be credited to those who logged in on the day they were awarded but did not receive them. They can only be acquired once per device.

I keep having the same issue for a while now in a different capacity. Every sixth time my carbanti award does not pop up and shows up as a blank space in the awards format. This is for the str challenge.

Hi @mohrashal and thanks for the report!

The "missing spot" in the challenges is a separate issue. It is purely a display bug - you are receiving the Carbantis, you just don't see the quantity. If you looked at your inventory before and after each challenge attempt, you would see the number increasing.
