i have the Same Problem since Starting the new Gifts. I cannot take this one and geht it Not.

please fixe ist.

I know people have been having issues with receiving their carbanti reward after clicking the pop-up but for me the pop-up DOESN'T SHOW at all so can't even click it!

All my guildies received theirs already, only me left without my reward

Not sure why this got merged as my issue is different than the original post, the original says did not receive reward from pop-up.

My issue was I didn't receive the pop at all!!!

Anyway, managed to fix the issue myself. I logged in on another device, so it seems the pop-ups are related to your device not your account.

This morning I was logged in on my main device with my alt account, there I got the carbanti pop-up but when I logged in with my main account the pop-up never showed up, no matter how many times I tried restarting the app.

Then I logged in with my main account on my secondary device, there I got the 75k credit pop-up, after restarting the app I got the droid reward pop-up and finally after restarting the app one more time I got carbant pop-up.

This is strange as I didn't have these issues with credits and droid pop-ups on my main device when switching accounts.

Same issue here - No Carbanti and no crédit for me

I contacted the assistance this morning and they answered they cannot help
They just ask to post a message here on the official forum - great assistance for 20 minutes on the phone
