I claimed the Amazon Prime Gaming Electric Royalty Bundle. However I only received the Shocking Portrait Banner, Not the Electric Royalty Wattson skin or the Orante Orchid Volt skin. I have contacted EA help twice and have now been told that the only option now is to put the issue here.
