Device Hung Error continues AFTER help from EA Help.

Product: Platform: PC - Steam

What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? Childish Hambino

Which mode has this happened in? All

Which part of the mode? During gameplay at any time

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? Since season 13 launch.

What time did you see the bug? (HH: MM AM/PM) Multiple different times

What is your time zone? BST

How often does the bug occur? Several times a day

Steps:

How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game on PC using a NVIDIA card.

What happens when the bug occurs? Crashes to desktop showing the "DEVICE HUNG" error.

What should be happening instead? Not crashing>?.....

 

Starting to get really frustrating with this error. It happens every season for some reason or other and ruins the game for me. I really want to play but crashing every other game is not ok.

 

Yes my drivers are up to date, yes my windows is up to date, yes i've cleared my download cache and no my hardware is not overclocked.
