Detective career locked up cop instead of criminal

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Locking a criminal back up after routine Frisk, Fingerprint, Mugshot. When I tried to put them back in the cell, the other officer stupidly winds up in the cooler by mistake instead of the jailed criminal.
What happens when the bug occurs? Lock up criminal in cell, Cop gets locked up.
What do you expect to see? Lock up the criminal, not the cop,
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Is this the idea of Defunding the police? My sim trying to lock up a criminal after the usual process, but winds up locking up a cop. This is not funny! I just want to play a game without any hinderances. And quite frankly, I don't think you're taking us gamers serious. We want fixes, not glitches!
