Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get a university degree or badge from completing a collection, put it up on a wall, move house (maybe multiple times).
What happens when the bug occurs? When I moved to a different house, my university degrees and the rewards from completing collections disappeared. I moved many times so I can't say if it happened the first time or not. I always select "Keep Furniture" when moving.
What do you expect to see? Since the items are things you can only get once in the game, they should be moved to the household or sim inventory automatically when you move.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Is there any way to cheat in degrees or those collection awards? I've been working so hard on getting everything and it disappeared TwT.
This issue has happened to me before years ago on a different computer (no CCs that time), so it's been a thing for a while. I wasn't paying attention to when exactly it happened, I just couldn't find them after moving for like a 6th time and wanting to put them up on the wall again. If there's a cheat or mod or something that lets you get such one-time items, I'd really appreciate it.
