Defeated all 3 members of 3 squads, wasn't awarded badge [ Edited ]

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. The game ended in the tunnel above market, a bit after I scored my 9th kill of the game.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I downed one person, started fighting another person and ended up getting downed myself. Shortly after my teammates were killed and the game ended.

What happens when the bug occurs? I finished the match, but the badge was not unlocked on my character. With the way the game transpired, there is zero doubt that I took down 3 squads on my own.
What should be happening instead? The badge should have been unlocked after the match ended.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Probably get 3 squad kills with lifeline and see what happens? The exact circumstances were as follows: We landed at Sewage Treatment, I wiped a squad. My team looted for some time, then we heard some noises over at the tunnel near market, so we went there and faced a squad, again I got the killing blow on all 3, then 2 more squads came to attack us, One was on our left, I killed all of them and ran over to their boxes to replenish my shield, then as my teammate was getting attacked another fight broke out, I went to assist but he was downed by another squad that came, I retreated to heal while the two sqauds fought. I came back, downed one more player and was overtaken by the remaining 2. My last teammate died to the two remaining players and the game ended. We came in second.

Ended up getting the 3 squad kill badge for Lifeline in a game tonight.

The exact circumstances were as follows:

We landed at Sewage Treatment, I wiped a squad. My team looted for some time, then we heard some noises over at the tunnel near market, so we went there and faced a squad, again I

got the killing blow on all 3, then 2 more squads came to attack us, One was on our left, I killed all of them and ran over to their boxes to replenish my shield, then as my teammate was

getting attacked another fight broke out, I went to assist but he was downed by another squad that came, I retreated to heal while the two sqauds fought. I came back, downed one more player and was overtaken by the remaining 2. My last teammate died to the two remaining players and the game ended. We came in second.

With the way the game transpired, there is zero doubt that I downed 3 squads. They were all very straight forward firefights.

Any chance this can get fixed?
