Hi there,

I checked the last Territory War your guild participated in and you lost.

The "Territory Wars: Flawless Victory" achievement requires you to win a TW by defeating all enemies. I've confirmed this by looking at the "General" earned title.
It's not stated in the achievement description that you are required to win the TW, so we flagged that as a bug.
