How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? Base 1.65.70.1020 (64-Bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except: Eco life and Knitting stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Adopt a ghost female cat?
What happens when the bug occurs? My dead ghost cat keeps giving birth.
What do you expect to see? I would like her to stop having kittens. I think being dead by old age should be a pretty effective contraception
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

My dead ghost cat that lives with my family keeps giving birth to new kittens every few days (1-3 days). I added her to the family I played a lot and she's the only pet in this family. She was already dead when I invited her to live with them. There was no issue at first, there were no new kittens for about 2 whole Sim years (I'm counting by seasons). Then all of a sudden I keep getting info that she's in labor. She already gave birth 4 times. I tried to take her to the vet to neuter her, but it says I don't have any pets that qualify. I don't know how she's getting pregnant since she's dead and sometimes doesn't even go outside, so it's like immaculate conception...
