Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have windows in a basements outer walls
What happens when the bug occurs? daylight is falling through the windows in the basement
What do you expect to see? no daylight coming through basement windows
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

could this have anything to do with basements counting as outdoors (see my other report)?
EDIT: Removed Console tag as it's the same on PC. You do need moo to place them so it's a bit of a cheat issue.
