Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, the quest just reset... Started playing on iPad (1st dance quest from sofa), then played on iPhone and cleared all quests to the next sofa one - started it, closed the app on the iPhone, then started playing again on the iPad the next morning... completed the 2nd dance quest from the iPad and the quest reset itself to step 1 of 19
What do you expect to see? I expected to continue to where I was: Quest Trigger - available for 3 days • Tap on a sofa to start Dance Magic. COMPLETED Part 1 - tap on a floor mirror for a pep talk COMPLETED Part 2 - tap on a sofa to watch tutorial COMPLETED Part 3 - tap on 3 Sims to discuss favourite movie COMPLETED Part 4 - complete 3 relationship/family event COMPLETED Part 5 - give out 4 stickers COMPLETED Part 6 - tap on sofa to complete Dance Magic event COMPLETED Part 7 - should have resumed here. vvvvv connection via mobile AND wifi vvvvvv

You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.
