Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Doing test with raids, it happens frequently with vader's culling blade on raids for example

This is a bug that has been here for long : on raids, when you do significantly big damage to the boss, the game freezes a bit (0.2 seconds or something like this) and you deal damage to the boss, but the numbers doesnt shows up. Even if you put the x1 speed.
This happens frequently with Assaj when she's stacked, or Vader with his blade when enemy boss has more than 10 debuffs on him.
