Already report this in help in this site and in game.! No one can help and already chat with different persons.. It's like a loop and the this issue subsist.!

The program is not for all players? In 50 players in my guild everyone has it.! Sorry but I don't understand how this type o purchase options are not available for everyone.! What is the logic behind that.! It's because this type of things that o lot of players give up playing this game.! It's ridiculous.! Sorry again but I don't understand it.!

The bundles are currently going through testing. A limited number of players were included in the testing. The decision regarding whether or not to make such bundles available to all players will be made by our team after they have all the results.

@EA_Gunner Ok.. just saying that is a huge disadvantage for the players that don't have acess to this bundles.! In my point view isn't fair.! Thanks anyway.! 👍
