Summarize your bug Game sometime crashes while multisimming daily challenges and if that happens the rewards are not added to the account while daily challenges are marked as completed and cannot be repeated. This results in a loss of daily challenges loot and frustration.

When I multisim daily challenges, the game displays the first item/reward and freezes. I need to restart the game, which I don't mind. Yet, I mind that the rewards are not added to my account while daily challenges cannot be done any more (they are displayed as completed). This happens from time to time and is especially irritating when I don't get rewards from Sunday, i.e. all of them.
I've already reported this in https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Game-freezes-while-doing-multi-sim-of-daily-challenges/m-p/116.... But this was marked as solved with a reponse "we cannot confirm any issues from our end" and no one seems to talk to me any more.
Yet, this happens again and again and I was talking to the in-game support chat and they have pasted me all the items I received when this last happen and we were able to confirm that I got daily_ship_event_rewards and daily activity rewards but no daily challenges rewards. Regardless of why the game crashes there is a bug that the daily challenges can be completed yet the rewards are not added to the account. This should be atomic and the crash should not interfere.
This is already going for months can someone please investigate and compensate me at least for the two Sundays on which I reported this. The in game support people told me that they are not offering any compensation for loss due to bugs, because it is not possible from their end.

Unfortunately, your report is related to your device and not to the application. This is the reason why your issue is not a bug, it is a device issue. Have you tried to use a different device to avoid crashes?

@EA_GunnerI do not agree with you. If the app would be implemented correctly, i.e., following good practices, then crashes should not result in an inconsistent state afterwards. By inconsistent state I mean that daily challenges are completed but the rewards are not granted.
Let me explain with an example. Imagine a bank application where people could make electronic transfers of money (deduct money from account A and add the same amount to bank B). If this bank application would crash during the transfer and the application would not be implemented correctly then the money could disappear (it would be deducted from the account and never added to the other one). This would be clearly a problem with how the application is implemented. Everyone who studied programming knows how to program in a way so that such an inconsistent state cannot occur. The whole transaction should be atomic, that is either money is deducted from A and deposited to B or none of those things happens regardless of errors (crashes of the client app, connection problems, crashes of the server, etc). This is not a rocket science and that is why it does not happen in bank applications nor in shopping application nor in any other serious applications implemented by professionals.
To answer your question: no I do not have another device. I am not reporting the crashes itself. I am reporting the the bug in the implementation of the game that allows the crash to lead to an inconsistent state, i.e., daily challenges being completed but the rewards not granted.

The game is intentionally setup to make you lose rewards or progress if it detects the slightest disconnect. The support doesn't have a way to deal with it because it is a developer issue that they do not intend to fix.
I had a similar issue happen to me around 2 years ago after I earned enough for my first Negotiator blueprints. I purchased the blueprints and it removed my MKII credits. I had spent those credits and received no blueprints from the transaction. I spent an entire week with support trying to figure out what happened. They were unable to help because the system is setup to only look at items that have been received, not items that were lost or never in your inventory to begin with.
The mentality from CG has always been, if players cannot progress then they are forced to spend money or lose progress. The entire concept is unfair and frustrating upon the player and most players quit because of it.

I have a backlog of past bug reports. It looks like any of the ones I made about missing rewards or event related bugs are missing.
